Developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984) after 40 years of study, The Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education is an innovative approach to understanding human functioning and for improving physical and mental performance. The Method accesses the nervous system and helps to identify patterns in movement and self-image. It also supports the brain in building connections with these movements so that we work as a whole, integrated system.
